METAL Used Spares and Rebuilds are a top class and high performing salvage company established in 2003. METAL Used Spares and Rebuilds are contracted to 87 Insurance Underwriters from various Insurance Companies. We purchase all their accident, stolen recovered and burnt salvage vehicles, which we either sell as rebuilds or strip for spare parts.

METAL Used Spares and Rebuilds are BEE compliant and rated. METAL Used Spares and Rebuilds hold their 70 staff in high regard and are constantly investing time and resources in them. As a company we are engrossed in continual training, as we wish to uplift the staff, in so doing helping the company perform better and provide an overall better quality service.

Our head office is in Ophirton Johannesburg, where we sell Parts and rebuilds. Our branch in Roodekop Germiston is called “The Vehicle clearance Centre” where we sell rebuilds. Our third branch in Selby is called “Heavy METAL” as it is primarily for the sale of heavy commercial vehicles, taxi’s and busses. We currently have over 500 vehicles for sale at any moment.

Our parts department specializes in 3 different vehicle brands namely: Mercedes Benz, Toyota and Volkswagen. We also strip all makes of LDV’s. Our policy is, “if we don’t have it, we will find it,” with a competent and professional sales team we are able to assist.
